A cat with white eyebrows has conquered thousands of people on social networks.

Cornelius Cornbread, is a Bombay cat from Columbia, Tennessee, USA who became an Instagram star thanks to the white marks on his forehead. (The Bombay Cat is the name given to cats with black fur. The Bombay cat is also known as the little black panther or the black Burmese cat.)

The cat’s owner – retired teacher Karen Mellette said Cornelius has had a white coat since he was a child. At that time, he lacked hair in the area between the eyes and ears, and then the white hair that grew up looked like well-groomed eyebrows.

It’s not clear if the white eyebrows have anything to do with making my cat’s eyes look droopy, sad and worried. This melancholy appearance of Cornelius makes fans excited because it is strange.

“The combination of the white eyebrow tip above the eye and the surrounding black hair makes the cat look like it has well-groomed eyebrows,” jokes the cat’s owner.

Karen started posting pictures of Cornelius online in 2018, and the cute cat now has more than 6,000 followers.

According to Karen, Cornelius has a very likable personality. The cat’s owner said: “Cornelius has a great personality and is suitable to be the center of attention. Despite his scowling face, the tabby cat is still a sweet, affectionate cat.

It likes to follow us, curl up on our lap or snuggle up next to us. And unlike many other cats, Cornelius loves to be held.

Bombay cats are also nicknamed ‘glue cats’ because they are very clingy, and Cornelius is no exception,” explains Karen.

Cornelius can be very careless. It does not like to be left alone or ignored, and is very anxious to think that its owner will leave the house without it.
