Unveiling the Latest: Lexus LM Boasts Six Seats, Retractable 14-Inch Display, Glass Roof, and Luxurious Second Row
Lexus Introduces Entry-Level LM Minivan in Japan, Featuring Luxurious Six-Seat Configuration and Retractable 14-Inch Display.
Lexus has quietly debuted the LM500h L, an entry-level six-seat minivan, in Japan. Priced at nearly $96,000, this model offers a luxurious second row equipped with six-way power seats, heating, ventilation, and an ottoman, ensuring a comfortable ride for passengers.
Elevating the standard of luxury minivans, the Lexus LM has made its debut in Europe, offering passengers an unparalleled level of comfort and sophistication. The second-row seats are meticulously designed with two types of shock-absorbing material and anti-vibration rubber, ensuring a serene and relaxing journey. Not just seats, they are equipped with removable touchscreen controllers to personalize various vehicle settings.
Among its standout features is the Rear Climate Concierge, offering four preset modes – Dream, Relax, Focus, and Energize – which automatically adjust the climate control system, seat position, sunshades, and interior lighting to create the perfect ambiance. For those with discerning tastes, customization options are also available, allowing passengers to tailor their experience to their preferences.
Prepare to be pampered in the second row of the Lexus LM, where every detail is meticulously crafted for ultimate comfort and convenience. From a built-in cup holder and magazine rack to a retractable table concealed within the armrest, no luxury is spared. The table, crafted from magnesium and upholstered for both texture and durability, ensures a seamless experience with its anti-slip and scratch-resistant surface.
But the luxury doesn’t stop there. Passengers will be treated to an expansive view through the glass roof, while entertainment is taken to new heights with the overhead console featuring a retractable 14-inch display. With multiple connectivity options including HDMI, USB, and Miracast, passengers can immerse themselves in their favorite TV shows or videos, turning every journey into a first-class experience.
While the third-row seats may seem more conventional, don’t be fooled—they still offer a level of comfort that’s unparalleled. Designed to gently embrace and support occupants, they feature manual slide and recline functions, along with convenient center trays for added practicality. When not in use, these seats can be effortlessly flipped up and stowed away, maximizing cargo space and versatility.
But luxury extends beyond the seating arrangement. Up front, passengers are treated to heated and ventilated seats, complemented by a vibrant color head-up display and an immersive 21-speaker Mark Levinson audio system. Adding to the opulence, herringbone pattern wood trim adorns the interior, while a choice of 17- or 19-inch wheels ensures a refined stance on the road.
Under the hood, a hybridized, 2.4-liter four-cylinder turbo engine provides ample power, with an added rear eAxle for all-wheel-drive capability.
With a starting price of ¥15,000,000 ($95,727), the Lexus LM sets a new standard in luxury travel, offering unparalleled comfort and sophistication for discerning passengers.
