Birds hunting fish is a normal thing, however, hunting birds killing toads is quite rare. Partly because some species of toads, frogs, and frogs possess venom on their skin, which can cause great damage to predators.

However, a hornbill living in Kruger National Park, South Africa did not hesitate to change the dish. Unable to hunt fish, this bird decided to refresh its menu with a meal of toad meat.

The unfortunate toad caught the hornbill’s sights. Even though it tried to jump back and forth, it was eventually pinned tightly by the bird’s iron-hard beak, unable to struggle.

After controlling the prey, the hornbill does not even need to chew or swallow, but swallows the prey whole. Having finished his work, he sat satisfied and looked around.

These ferocious birds are mostly long-horned birds.

Thanks to their long, hard, pointed beaks, these birds easily control amphibian fauna.

They often try to clamp their prey to death before swallowing it to avoid the situation where the prey resists too strongly, falls into the water and escapes.
