Woman builds a ‘staircase’ to let stray cats into her house during cold weather

Due to the fact that Turkey has experienced an unusually severe winter, a kind-hearted woman came up with an outstanding idea to help stray cats who were in risk of dying from the cold of the environment. She built a cat ladder that leads inside her house and is accessible to her cats. Sebnem Ilhan is quoted as saying, “I made the ladder so that the cats can come into my comfortable house.” This statement was made during an interview with us. The idea for this project was conceived by a woman who works as a dentist in the town of Tekirdag. She was inspired by the sight of homeless cats enduring the harsh conditions of the cold. She came to the conclusion that the best way to protect herself from the harsh winter weather was to completely remodel her house into a secure sanctuary.

|First, before we move on to the images, let us take a moment to express our gratitude to this lady for her exceptionally wonderful act. The winter season in Turkey is extremely harsh, and even individuals who live in their homes can find it challenging to deal with it some of the time. It is difficult to fathom how a stray animal might make it through such a severe season. It is important that we recognise and respect the fact that this lady went out of her way to construct something similar to this by taking time away from her hectic schedule.

Knowing that there are still people in the world who are sensitive and sympathetic towards other people is a really satisfying feeling. I can’t even begin to fathom how these strays would make it through the winter months if it weren’t for this lady.

She was worried about how her neighbours would react to this new addition to her windows, so in addition to constructing this ladder, she made the decision to add some ornaments to her windows. She did this because she wanted to see how they would react. One of her statements was, “I thought if I put some flower pots there, it wouldn’t bother anyone,” and she was absolutely correct in her assessment. On the other side, the response has been tremendously positive, particularly among the countless cats who have taken advantage of her offer of a warm space to lounge where they may relax and unwind.

Ilhan has not only built a “cat ladder,” but she has also offered her time to a local rescue group, where she has provided care for stray cats and dogs. She has assisted animals in need in a variety of different ways, and this particular action is only one of them.

She concluded by saying “I wish that no animal is hungry or thirsty, but rather that they are happy.” The humans are not the only species in this universe that has the right to experience happiness.
